1.Asingle-armed5/0Vicrylsutureona1/2-circleneedleloadedonaCastroviejoneedleholderispassedthroughthemostsuperioraspectofthetarsusjustbelowtheeyelidmargin,ensuringthattheneedleandsutureareanteriortotheconjunctivatoavoidcontactwiththecornea(Fig.12.1A).

5/0Vicryl线、1/2圆的针，使用Castroviejo持针器，在睑缘稍下方的位置将针穿过最上方睑板，注意针线不要穿透睑板（图12.1A）。
